Justin founded Executive Presence after building companies from the ground up. Before that he served as a Navy officer aboard nuclear submarines, leading large crews on advanced missions, where how a leader communicates is not a soft skill. He holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
Jordan is the person clients work with week to week. She came from Bain & Company as an Associate Consultant, and she created and hosts the talk show Do I Know You?, interviewing the siblings and children of well-known families. It is a useful pairing: the analytical training to see what is working, and an interviewer’s ear for what a leader actually sounds like.
Shelby runs how Executive Presence delivers, the systems, the standards, and the people behind every engagement. She joined from Boston Consulting Group’s London office. She holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BS from the University of Louisville.
