The challenge

Keziah built Vannin Chief of Staff into one of the first firms in the industry — with 40+ years of collective expertise — and saw LinkedIn as the ideal channel to reach her audience of CEOs. But two marketing agencies failed to deliver the business-centric thought leadership she wanted, and doing it herself was, in her words, an inefficient use of a CEO’s time.

What we did

Through EP’s Spokesperson service, Keziah’s engagement manager ran monthly interviews that drew out her consultative take on the Chief of Staff model, then shaped it into thought leadership tuned to a CEO audience. Monthly KPI reports and quarterly reviews continually refined which themes and formats resonated.

The results

One post — a business-case test of a Chief of Staff’s EQ during a culture-clash merger — drew 700,000+ views, 132 comments, and nearly 4,000 likes, and immediately tripled Vannin’s sales pipeline, with one lead converting into a $300K contract. In 2023, LinkedIn-generated leads accounted for 15% of Vannin’s overall revenue; in Q1 2024, three of the company’s largest deals came from LinkedIn. Her posts drew 1,208,259 views in year one and her following grew 108%.
